HR Coordinator

HR SUPPORT – INTERNATIONAL TEAM  - Contract 6+ months  Our customer is a global outsourcing, system integration and consulting company. It serves customer across geographies and industry domains with end to end transformation initiatives, solution offerings, application development and maintenance projects. For one of their global customer with an important office in Zurich do they serve the entire HR admin. They extend service portfolio for an existing customer their local Swiss office in Zurich with:

YOUR CHALLENGE  



  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including but not limited to offer letters, forms, visa documentation, onboarding documentation, contract amendments and end of employment documentation

  • Receive, review, and process all relevant documentation pertaining to new hires, termination, leave of absences, employee status changes etc.

  • Participate and manage transactional activities pertaining to the onboarding and Offboarding process as well as global mobility process

  • Establish, organize, and maintain hardcopy / electronic employee files, ensuring that all files are current and complete

  • Perform concentrated data entry related to specific data quality initiatives such as updating or correcting employee information. Aid in scheduled statutory & compliance reporting needs by collating employee information based on pre-decided formats

  • Handle employee queries through calls/email/chat

  • Coordinate employees, HR Managers, HRBPs and HR COE for case closures

  • Process transactions as required.

  • Serve as a local point of contact for candidate and employee queries ( for certain processes) and follow through to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Any other tasks and activities as assigned within the HR scope by the manager


YOUR PROFILE   



  • Minimum of 2 year experience in HR Domain/HRBP/HRSS for identified HR Domain workstreams

  • Transaction processing and/or query processing skill.

  • Proficiency in Company's Suite(preferred) and/or MS Office, including Word and Excel

  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and producing quality results

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success

  • Fluency in English

  • B2 Level in German
