• develop and maintain Platform Monitoring capability and support testing
• execute business system checks, define business requirements and processes for the platform
• investigate inconsistency, shortcomings and errors on the platform and proactively proposes measures
• manage incidents and task forces
• execute quality assurance on all products, processes, services on our platform
• create and analyze various reports
• collaborate closely with platform engineering, product specialists, investments professionals, client advisors, IT specialists and communicate effectively to senior management at all levels

We in IPS Platform Development & Management deliver a highly differentiated component based scalable IPS platform supporting the total wealth advisory process and ensuring the seamless execution of global orders for our clients and client advisors. We play a key role in controlling, monitoring and steering the platform on which all under contract business is carried out.
Your expertise:
You have:
• work experience as platform manager, quality assurance/risk specialist, project/process manager or portfolio manager, preferably in the financial service or banking industry (advisory or discretionary mandate business know how is an advantage)
• Technical flair is a plus (e.g. as super-user, Access, SQL, \"R\"),
• university degree or equivalent (e.g. Economics, Engineering) and any other certification (e.g. CFA, AZEK, IPMA, CBAP) is an advantage
You are:
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure
• committed to quality, time and delivery with good prioritization skills
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
• able to assess new ideas, provide implementable solutions and see it through
• fluent in German and English (French is an advantage)
