Jr. Human Resources Business Partner
(M/F, occupation 100%, based in Zurich-City)

You will work in the Human Resources department of a small and dynamic team focused on providing excellent service to our clients.
Your primary Responsibilities:
• Responsability of payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider
• HR Admnistration from A to Z for all three branches in Switzerland
• Handling permits, family allowances, tax at source, accidents and sicknesses, etc
• Administration, maintenance, updating and support for absence system (Abacus)
• First point of contact for external offices, insurances, pension fund, etc
• Point of contact for all employees
• Administration of personal dossiers (electronically § physically)
• Recruitment of specialists
• Divers HR projects
Your Profile:
• Work experience in Human Ressources at least 3 years, experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Outstanding client and and service orientation
• You show outstanding skills with a very good ability to prioritize as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
• Highly motivated and able to multitask
• Team player with a high level of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm
• Able to work under pressure while remaining client-focused
• Strong IT skills in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Fluently in German, very good level in English and French (verbal and written), Italian is an asset
