Sales Assistant Wholesale Switzerland

Your role:


Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? To strengthen our Wholesale distribution team in Zurich we are looking for a Sales Assistant. You will:



  • support the Client Relationship Managers in their daily client business, including preparing client meetings, completing follow ups, and maintaining client database


  • manage client relationships by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients and prospects


  • work closely with our designated marketing team by supporting campaigns, mailings, roadshows, events and other sales related tasks


  • establish industry network and contribute to the expansion of existing client base


  • support the team and stakeholders in strategic distribution projects

Your team:


You will join the Wholesale Client Coverage Switzerland team in Zurich. The team is responsible for delivering our UBS Asset Management services to our distribution partners which are mainly banks, cantonal banks and insurance companies. Your role will cover mostly the German speaking part of Switzerland. Delivering the best service to our clients is our daily challenge. Team work plays a crucial part in achieving this goal.


Your expertise:


You have:



  • university of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration or similar


  • knowhow and previous working experience in fund distribution, asset management or in a similar position


  • analytical skills and good understanding of financial markets


  • client focus and strong communication skills



You are:



  • a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility


  • a detail-oriented and reliable person


  • able to work under pressure and the attitude to do things right the first time


  • fluent in German and English both written and spoken, French is a plus
