Description

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Project Manager to join our growing team in Lausanne. You will be the key technical point of contact between Pix4D and its Enterprise prospects and clients. You will have the opportunity to solve drone mapping related issues from a wide variety of enterprise customers. Ideally, you have a solid engineering background, excellent people and communication skills and a desire to evolve in Enterprise-grade projects in a fast-growing technology company. You are hands-on and you get things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre sales activities:

• Work in close collaboration with the Account Executive on all topics related to the prospect’s technical needs.


• Understand the technical needs expressed by the prospect, look for solutions within Pix4D’s existing set of products and prove these solutions by running demonstrated tests


• Translate prospect’s needs into technical requirements, when no off-the-shelves solutions exist, for offering a custom solution to the prospect in agreement with the Account Executive


• Assess with all relevant internal stakeholders the technical feasibility, cost and duration of a custom solution for the prospect


• Present and negotiate to the prospect, together with the Account Executive, the custom technical solution to be implemented through professional services


• Occasional travel to trade shows and meetings

Post sales activities:

• Manage the technical relationship with the customer, in collaboration with the Account Executive who remains responsible for the overall business relationship


• Communicate with the customer the ongoing project status, negotiate any change into the proposed technical solutions


• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery on time, on budget and on quality


• Occasional travel to trade shows and meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering


• Knowledge of GIS, geomatics, environmental science, geospatial


• Knowledge of Construction (BIM) and Agriculture is a plus


• Knowledge of project management tools


• At least 2 years of B2B experience required


• Outstanding verbal, written and stand up presentation skills in English


• German - written and spoken language proficiency preferred


• Customer-oriented professional who cares about solving user’s problems


• Independent and well-organized team worker


• Flexible and open-minded


• Knowledge as a Pix4Dmapper user is a plus

• Able to feel at home in a fast paced and fast growing technology start-up
