Key Responsibilities



  • Advising clients regarding key regulatory initiatives impacting Swiss and EU financial institutions

  • Working as part of the Capco team to deliver regulatory projects

  • Developing lasting regulatory solutions for clients and delivering client engagements supporting Capco initiatives

  • Developing an understanding of how regulatory issues are impacting client business operations

  • Sharing knowledge and insight with fellow Capco practitioners


Experience



  • Experience within the financial services industry in any of prudential, market conduct, financial crime and fraud regulations

  • Knowledge and experience in one or more specific regulations impacting Swiss and EU financial institutions- Be able to develop functional analysis, target policy and operating model development and functional specifications

  • Experience of change management in a structured environment - business analysis or project management- Programme Execution and Change Management awareness

Ideally candidates:



  • Have the ability to analyse client/market issues and define solutions that stay within the commercial, operational and regulatory constraints of the market

  • Are comfortable presenting complex solutions in clear and concise language to legal and compliance staff but also to business, operations and IT

  • Have the capacity to handle multiple and often conflicting demands

  • Can demonstrate team management and leadership skills

  • Can work within an international team to leverage experience and shape solutions

  • Are self-motivated and comfortable managing your own career

  • 100% travel to client site may be require
