Your Responsibilities:

PSCEU's Computer Product Solutions Business Unit is looking for a Key Account Manager who establishes and develops customer relations, plans and realizes products and/or cross-business solution sales opportunities to a defined Key Account base across Switzeland, in the defined vertical markets. Having a good understanding of the full range of the PSCEU product portfolio the KAM will challenge the customer to discover their future business trends & needs and offers total solutions by utilizing PSCEU Engineering and Project Management infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be based in a 1-2 hours driving distance to Rotkreuz.



  • Implements and drives the overall business and sales strategy

  • Analyses the market environment (demand, competition), manages the sales pipeline, plans the customer and sales targets, and agrees on action steps

  • Establishes, maintains and grows customer relationships and manages the network with decisive stakeholders

  • Prepares leads and negotiates proposals, and drives follow-up and closing of contracts

  • Prepares PSI reporting, by analyzing and maintaining the project pipeline

  • Coordinates and involves technical support, marketing services or channel partners in the lead process

  • May initiate product developments and services programs or measures

  • Initiates, cooperates in and supports vertical related marketing activities, i.e. promos, events, fairs , etc...

  • Liaises with Credit Control to ensure channel purchasing ability remains clear


What we are looking for:


 



  • Relevant Commercial or Engineering Degree or its equivalent

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field

  • Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential

  • Background in the IT industry preferred

  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close big projects with key accounts

  • (Swiss) German speaker, fluent in English and French, Italian as a plus

  • Spinmaster rather than Hunter Mentality with drive for results

  • Able to manage external and internal sales

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Challenger Selling

  • Financial Skills

  • Decision Making ability, influencing/persuasion skills 

  • Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value
