What you can expect:

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

For our Business Services Unit, we are searching for a six months internship starting from 01st September 2018 and supporting the team in the following tasks.

           

• First level support to in-house staff, responding to and dealing with service desk calls and tickets;


• Installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, laptops and mobile devices;


• Second level support for issues on Hardware, Operating Systems and Software on all end-users computing devices, including mobile;


• Participate to projects in cooperation with System Engineers.

Your profile:

• Have a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science;


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS-Office suite;


• Have strong analytical and organizational skills as well as an excellent problem solving attitude;


• Have good communication skills, strong attitude to customer service and are eager to learn and implement innovative ideas;


• Are fluent in English and Italian.
