Technical Implementation Manager

Zürich, Zurich, Switzerland · Customer Success

Description

Headquartered in Zurich, Avrios is one of the fastest growing startups in the B2B SaaS space. We are on the mission to help people move seamlessly. Our platform helps companies to manage their car fleets and provide tailored transportation to its employees. It allows our clients to make complex decisions, automate buying, leasing, managing and selling their vehicles at the click of just a few buttons.

At Avrios, you will find an exceptionally committed team that has loads of fun. We are a group of over 60 passionate and humble people from all over the world. If you are the best at what you do, when going the extra mile comes naturally to you and you want to work alongside super committed colleagues, then join the Avrios team.

The ideal Technical Implementation Manager is a results-driven, organised German speaker, who has a knack for understanding the last details of processes and loves to see a plan come to action.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the most crucial time in the customer lifecycle - the time right after the signature when it comes to successfully implementing the software

  • You are responsible to enable strategic plans on the product by ensuring the data requirements and processes are met

  • You work together with our Key Account Management team to successfully implement Avrios at newly won large customers

  • Through direct customer contact, you investigate how the current processes within an organization work and how every part in this process needs to interact with Avrios

  • You develop a deep understanding for the customer and his needs to deliver exactly the service that will enable success for them

  • Once you understood the process you create a project plan with the customer to implement Avrios. With your hands-on mentality, you take responsibility to make our side of the project work and at the same time drive the process on the customer's side

  • Once everything is in place and working for the customer you hand over a happy customer to the Key Account Management; if the relationship is successful you might meet the customer again when they want to implement a newly purchased feature

A project in the life of a Technical Implementation Manager

Finally, it is there - the Slack message of a newly signed customer. After weeks of negotiations, another 1.500 vehicles will be managed with Avrios. It is your time to shine. Together with Sales and our Key Account Management, you are having a hand-over session to better understand what the customer wants to achieve with us. A quick introduction phone call and minutes later you have agreed for an on-site appointment for the project kick-off. During the on-site appointment, you are talking to all stakeholders and future users of Avrios. You are deep-diving into their processes to understand how everyone is currently working and what their individual goals are. You uncover data sources that can be connected to Avrios. On the flight back, you summarize everything and condense it into an actionable project plan. Once back in the office, you discuss feature requests with the Product team and deliver newly won insights to make Avrios even better. At the same time, you start co-ordinating the data import with our Data Manager. Since some milestones are in danger you call the customer to figure out where you’re stuck. After just one month you get a message: “Thank you so much, we just archived our last Excel Files and are fully using Avrios”. Finally, you hand the account over to the Key Account Manager - who will make sure that the client reaches the strategic goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related subject (ideally business informatics)

  • Ideally 2+ years in either a customer facing position, project management or consulting

  • Strong interest in software and project management

  • Strong attention to detail

  • You enjoy speaking to customers

  • Native level German, written and spoken

Benefits

  • The opportunity to work with a driven and passionate team

  • Time, budget and guidance to invest in your personal and professional growth

  • A continuous learning environment in a fast moving startup culture

  • Centrally located offices in the heart of beautiful Zurich

  • Startup perks (ping-pong table, unicorns, parties, snacks, drinks, etc.)
