- In charge of developing all the pre-marketing/marketing activities related to PSMA launch including strategic thinking (positioning, communication messages…), and operational aspects at corporate level, ensure localisation at affiliates level.

- Participate to the PSMA development committee

- Elaborate the MCRPC business case for the Theragnostic compounds PSMA in Diagnostic and Therapy, in collaboration with Strat Plan, Medical and R&D depts.



In details:



- Lead/develop the Global Strategic plan and Business case regarding Theragnostic PSMA compounds

- Develop and execute PSMA’s Strategic pre-marketing launch plan in the Oncological prostate indication (Product positioning, marketing action plan in coordination with Medical affair, Market access, Regulatory depts)

- Develop and implement key marketing initiatives such as PSMA marketing campaign, promotional messaging, disease state education, patient education activities, congresses activities

- Ensure appropriate internal know how in relation with CRPC indication (participate to congresses, organization ad-board, elaboration training material…)

- Secure active Competitive Intelligence in the CRPC disease area (Diagnostic &Therapy)

- Manage Global Marketing & Promotional budget for PSMA

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e. Global market access, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal etc.)Minimum requirementsStrong competencies in Marketing/Strat planning, Project management

Excellent communication skills

More than 5 years’ experience in Corporate Pharmaceutical functions, with prostate market experience
