Customer Success Manager
Self-Service CustomersLocation: St. Gallen, Switzerland


Hey! We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’ll take our self-service customers’ happiness to an all-time high.


The special thing about this role is that you support our self-service customers, which is kind of a contradiction (self-service <> support; understand?). Therefore, you’ll probably not go into a one-to-one relationship with each of them but mainly work on automation, based on data about their behavior and usage.


Your Job


You drive customer success.



  • You work closely with our Growth and Product teams to identify ways to increase retention and upselling by identifying trends in user data, customer feedback, and market segmentation.

  • You engage with customers using automation, message campaigns, self-service tools as well as giving live presentations and onboarding demos.

  • You identify points in the user journey that present retention and upselling opportunities and test your hypotheses with experiments (message campaigns, product features, etc.).

  • You create interactive training material designed for users to get the most use out of our solutions.

  • You co-lead projects to identify technologies and services that benefit customers, our operations, and business objectives of the Customer Success Team and Frontify in general.


Your Skills


You’re both a data and a customer relations person.



  • Ideally, you’ve got some relevant experience in data analytics, customer relations, and/or SaaS, branding, and “digital”.

  • You’re a graduate in business, economics, communications, social sciences, or a similar field.

  • You’re proficient in English (C2).

  • You love to work with data and you can present/talk concisely.

  • You’re an empathetic consultant and you can build trustful relationships.

  • You've shown that you can initiate new things and get them done.

  • You’re authentic, honest, intrinsically motivated, and responsible – a grown-up. :)
