Hey! We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’ll take our self-service customers’ happiness to an all-time high.
The special thing about this role is that you support our self-service customers, which is kind of a contradiction (self-service <> support; understand?). Therefore, you’ll probably not go into a one-to-one relationship with each of them but mainly work on automation, based on data about their behavior and usage.
You drive customer success.
You’re both a data and a customer relations person.
