to join the Private Client Group.

Job description

Client work

• Creation, liquidation and administration of offshore companies, trusts and foundations


• Drafting correspondence and documents (minutes, resolutions, deeds)


• Liaising with offshore agents, directors, banks, accountants and clients


• Opening of bank accounts


• Due diligence compliance


• Maintaining statutory records

 
Administration

• Electronic and document filing


• Update of the company data base

Your profile

• Minimum 2/3 years' experience as a Trust Officer


• STEP qualification


• Very good written and spoken English and French


• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Well organised, accurate, reliable and proactive


• Able to work autonomously


• Strong team spirit


• Willing to learn and develop skills

You will work at our Lausanne office and at our Geneva office.
