Tasks


  • You will be a member of the global category leaders, that is responsible for definition and exploitation of our global yoghurt and desserts portfolio, including innovation, as well as for the development and delivery of a sound marketing and business strategy that delivers revenue growth and increase of market shares

  • Reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Global Categories you will closely work together with the local marketing teams, guiding them with strategic direction, international expertise and best practice

  • You will be responsible for the global roll out, the assigned product platforms and for increasing the brand presence and brand value in the markets

  • He/she (m/f) will develop and provide the overall global marketing mix in cooperation with the R&D team, agencies and internal stakeholders and ensures efficiency and the execution of the brand, product platform and innovation strategies
Education and experience


  • You hold a master`s degree in business or science

  • You have at least 10 years relevant experience within FMCG Marketing within global and local functions

  • You have an international mind-set, having worked and lived in markets outside Switzerland is a plus

  • You love brands, food and yoghurt/desserts

  • You have strong project management skills

  • You have good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities 

  • You are a pro-active personality with intrinsic motivation and a cooperative working style

  • Your social skills enable you to motivate and to influence

  • Native or business fluent in German and English

  • Digital marketing skills is a plus
